Originating residential mortgages since 1995, Mike Braun has been recognized by Mortgage Originator Magazine as one of the “Top 1% of Mortgage Originators” in America for over 20 years. 

By dedicating time to understanding all his clients’ financial goals, Mike offers customized mortgage plans for every family. With a customer-oriented mindset, the Braun team established a well-deserved reputation with their clients and referral partners for helping them find the best programs for their individual needs.

Before entering the mortgage industry in 1995, Mike Braun graduated from Binghamton University with a degree in Economics. He then obtained his Series 7 and Series 63, solidifying his knowledge and understanding of state laws and regulations surrounding the purchase of securities products. 

Mike is a Long Island native, spending the last twenty years living in Smithtown, as well as vacationing and owning a title business in the Hamptons. Mike is a proud husband to his wife, Melissa, and father to his two children, Matt and Kate.

Outside of work, Mike is an affiliate and proud supporter of the Stony Brook Foundation and Long Island Children’s Hospital. He enjoys golfing, skiing, softball, and spending time with his family traveling and in their East Hampton home.

Mike is licensed to lend in the following states: New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Florida.
